Performance and characteristics:
The product contains diester structure, excellent toughness, mobility is small; good compatibility with PVC resin, good heat resistance, weather resistance and gloss, and has good flame resistance and electrical insulation is an anti. burning, non-toxic, Environment-friendly composite type plasticizer.
The product does not contain harmful heavy metals and low-carbon-chain chlorinated paraffins, phthalates and other aromatic type substance; through third-party testing organization SGS testing and certification, twelve kinds of harmful substances were not detected, in line with EU export requirements.
Uses and usage advice:
Applicable to toys, PVC rain gear, PVC hose, PVC fire-retardant conveyor belt, automotive interior leather, cable, artificial leather, plastic runway and sealing tape and other industries; also be used for chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber some rubber and other products; Also in the mix is also extensive use of polyurethane, the effect is obvious.
Suggested dosage (with DOP plasticizer): CH-100I plasticizer can replace DOP 40-60%; CH-100II plasticizer can replace DOP 60-80%, more in other products.
